Da ich derzeit noch eine IDE-Festplatte in meinem PC laufen habe und mal wieder etwas mehr Speicher brauch, wollte ich fragen, ob jemand weiß, ob das hier auf dem Bild ein S-ATA-Anschluss ist.

Das ist auf jedenfall S-ATA, bleibt nur die Frage ob S-ATA I oder II.
Wenn du eine S-ATA II Platte an einen S-ATA I anschluss packst, bremst sie sich. ist aber immernoch schneller als eine IDE platte *g*
