Navigation eingenaut und nch Probleme!

Hi Leute,

ich habe mir auf einer Unterseite meines Forums eine linke Navigationsspalte eingebaut, aber jetzt ist die Seite irgenwie zu breit und ich habe im IE schwarze Balken rechts und links vom Banner ... allso ist die Seite zu breit, wo kann ich das varibel einstellen das sich der Rest auf 100% Seitenbreite aber nicht darüber bewegt??
und wie bekomme ich einen Zeilenumbruch bei der untren Navigationsleiste hin (adidas,uhlsport etc)???
