Das übliche trennen der Kategorien!

Hallo, mir ist klar das es hier schon sehr viele Themen über das Trennen von Kategorien gibt. Jedoch bringt mich leider nichts weiter.

Den oberen Teil habe ich schon selber geschaft, aber mit dem unteren habe ich ein kleines Problem. Ich suche vergeblich die Stelle in der index_catbit.tpl an welcher ich den Code einfügen soll.

Am Besten füge ich mal den Inhalt der index_catbit.tpl Datei hier ein.
