Problem mit den Seiten der Tabelle

Hallo, ich möchte gerne auf der rechten und linken Seite meines Forums Werbung, Chat u.s.w. einfügen, aber alles was ich in der Template habe sind Header und Footer. Man sagte mir, das ich es überall mal einfügen sollte (den Code) und irgendwann wird es schon funzen. Ich habe alle durch und egal was ich mache, es taucht immer in der Mitte auf. (Unten, oben oder zwischen den einzellnen Foren). Was muß ich tun, damit es rechts und links auftaucht? *verzweifelt*
