Fehlermeldungen bei der Installation

Während der Installation treten bei mir folgende Fehlermeldungen auf:

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\gojukan.org\httpdocs\wbb2\acp\lib\admin_functions.php on line 182

und später auch noch:

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\gojukan.org\httpdocs\wbb2\acp\lib\class_options.php on line 32

Nach Abschluss der Installation erscheint dann:

< template "login" doesnt exist >

Als Betriebssystem benutze ich übrigens Windows 2003 (CHMOD 777 ist also keine Lösung für mein Problem).
