Hilfe bei der Header.tpl

Problembeschreibung:
Ja will den top_Bg einfügen aber irgenwie geht das nicht was mach ich falsch
Wie kann ich den TOP_BG kürzer machen und halt oben anpassen so das die navi_left und navi_right passen also das die Top Buttons und der BG dazwischen sind !
