WBB 3.0.x wbb3.1.0.4. - Installation nicht möglich

Problembeschreibung:
Ich habe die Softeware entpackt und via FTP auf den Server geladen.
Die php Version ist in Ordnung. Bei start der Installation kommt nachfolgende Meldung.


Fehlermeldung:

Fatal error: There is no access to the system temporary folder due to php safe_mode restrictions and no user specific temporary folder exists in /srv/www/web50/html/forum2/! This is a misconfiguration of your webserver software! Please create a folder called /srv/www/web50/html/forum2/tmp/ using your favourite ftp program, make it writable and then retry this installation.

Was wurde zuletzt geändert oder eingebaut?
Nichts.
Die datenbank wurde extra für die Software angelegt.

da steht doch ausdrücklich was du tun sollst:
Erstelle im Ordner wo dass wbb3 liegt einen ordner namens tmp und gebe ihn chmod 777

Danke für`s feedback
hab ich gemacht.das FTP Verzeichnis sieht nun so aus.( Anhang )
fehlermeldung ist die gleiche.

du hast einen fehler gemacht u hast einen ordner namens temp erstellt,der ordner sollte aber eigentlich "tmp" heißen.
